Privacy Policy — Tower Wobble

Effective date: 2026-08-06 (previous versions: 2026-08-05, 2026-06-04) Publisher: Infinity Games Contact: ai.infinitygames@gmail.com

This is the privacy policy for the mobile application Tower Wobble (“the App”), published by Infinity Games (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains what data the App collects, how we use it, and which third parties receive it.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location. Tower Wobble has no game server — your progress lives on your device.

What changed on 2026-08-06: section 3 was corrected. An earlier wording said the App shows no consent prompt at all. It does — the Unity Ads SDK presents its own opt-in where the law requires one. Nothing about the App changed; the previous description was wrong.

What changed on 2026-08-05: our advertising provider changed from Google AdMob to Unity Ads. No new category of data is collected. Ads are still limited to rewarded and interstitial formats, and there is still exactly one advertising company in the chain.

1. Data we collect

1.1 Local game state (stored on your device only)

The App stores the following on your device only — it is never sent to us:

You can clear this data at any time by uninstalling the App.

1.2 Advertising data

The App is free and supported by ads served through Unity Ads. To show and measure ads, Unity may collect your Android Advertising ID, IP address, device information, and ad-interaction data. See Section 3 for what control you have over this.

1.3 Analytics data

The App uses GameAnalytics to understand how the game is played (e.g. run start/end, score, biome reached, ad and reward events, longest streak). This data is collected in anonymous/aggregated form together with basic device information (model, OS version, country/region). It is not linked to your identity and is used only to improve the game.

1.4 In-app purchases

If you make an optional purchase (e.g. remove ads), the transaction is handled by Google Play Billing. We receive confirmation of the purchase from Google; we do not receive or store your payment-card details.

2. Third-party services

The App uses the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy, linked below.

Service Purpose Data they receive
Unity Ads (Unity Technologies) Showing and filling rewarded and interstitial ads Android Advertising ID, IP address, device model, ad interactions. Unity privacy policy
GameAnalytics Anonymous gameplay analytics Anonymous gameplay events, device model, OS version, coarse region. GameAnalytics privacy policy
Google Play Services App distribution + in-app billing As governed by Google. Google Play policy

We do not sell or share your data with brokers, marketers, or other third parties beyond those listed above.

Ads in this App are served by Unity Ads, which is a single advertising network rather than a mediation layer.

Consent is collected by Unity Ads itself. Where the law requires it — including the EEA and the UK — the Unity Ads SDK presents its own opt-in for behaviourally targeted advertising the first time an ad is shown. We do not run a separate prompt of our own, and Settings no longer carries a personalized-ads toggle: earlier versions had one that opened Google’s consent tool, which was part of the Google AdMob integration and went away with it. Removing that button changed which component asks you, not whether you are asked.

If you decline, ads are served without behavioural targeting rather than not at all.

You can revisit the choice at any time:

You can also contact us at ai.infinitygames@gmail.com and we will action a request for your device.

4. How long we keep your data

The App itself operates no backend server and stores no per-user records on our side.

5. Children

This App is rated for ages 13+ in the Google Play Store, consistent with Unity Ads’ terms of service. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used this App, please contact us at ai.infinitygames@gmail.com and we will address it.

6. Your rights

You can:

Depending on your region (e.g. EEA/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing, and to opt out of certain processing.

7. Security

Data transmitted by the third-party SDKs uses encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) as implemented by those providers. The App keeps your game progress on your device and does not transmit it to us.

8. International users

The third-party services above operate globally. If you access the App from outside your home country, your data may be processed by those providers in jurisdictions other than your own.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above will be revised, and material changes will be communicated through the App’s update notes. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
